Preparation:

Mix well in one liter of sterilized milk and ensure the temperature is at 42°C. During the incubation time of 5-7 hours, the temperature must not fall below 41°C or exceed 42°C. Once the desired consistency and taste are achieved, place the yogurt in the refrigerator to develop its full aroma during the maturation process.

Before the next use, take some yogurt and continue cultivating with about 3 tablespoons of the last preparation within 2-3 days. This way, you can continue cultivating up to 20 times and enjoy fresh yogurt again and again.
